- Risk management (Solvency II)
- Genetic evaluations using BLUP method – first implementation in Lithuania

- Management of IT development and implementation projects (PBM, PrinceII)
- Technical skills: ORACLE (RDBVS, BI, APP, Warehouse Builder), Sybase (IQ, ASA, ASE), Business Objects, MS SQL, Jaspersoft.
Education:
- Master degree in Vilnius Univercity, Mathematics faculty in 2000.
- Not finished doctor degree in mathematics.
- Different workshops: Oracle software, Business Inteligence.
